All landlords and tenants of buildings with full maintenance leases have a responsibility under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 to arrange servicing and maintenance by a Gas Safe registered engineer for items such as gas safety checks (CP12s), central heating systems, gas fired heaters, boilers and appliances.

We are able to offer both reactive and diagnostic works and annual servicing, complete with all certification.

We offer a 24 hour reactive helpline for any emergencies, so you can rely on a quick, cost effective solution to any of your maintenance needs. We also have a team of gas and central heating engineers, devoted to site installations and providing quotes for residential refits.
