MBE Reactive (the brand) carries out nationwide, reactive maintenance works - our success is down to our can do attitude, and the importance we place on building strong and sustainable relationships with our long list of retail, commercial and domestic clients.

Our Head Office is based in Elland, West Yorkshire, and our call centre is also based here. Our telephones are manned by experienced call handlers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We offer a full reactive maintenance package to all clients with several categories of response, ranging from a fully nationwide emergency 1, 2 or 4 hours response, through to cost-saving 5 day and, if required, 28 day responses our flexible options mean savings for our clients.

Our services include all the general maintenance trades including

electrical, roofing, plumbing, decorating, carpentry, building, glazing and flooring

Additionally, we are also able to offer all the necessary compliance and environmental testing and inspections, such as 5 year periodic fixed electrical testing, PAT, landlords gas certificates (CP12s), fire alarm servicing and maintenance, fire extinguishers and emergency lights, sprinklers, water legionella (L8 acops testing) and asbestos surveys or re-inspections.

We have a nationwide rates schedule for all general building maintenance issues and all our call out costs are inclusive of travel and the first hour on site. Additionally we can also offer exclusive rates for all specialist services including shutters, drainage, glazing/boarding, air conditioning and locksmiths.
