Reactive Helpdesk

Our helpdesk is manned by our very experienced and exceptionally methodical staff, meaning we can provide all clients with one point of contact if required.

A direct account manager is responsible for day to day customer service, co-ordination and knowledge of the client’s requirements to make sure that all calls are dealt with both efficiently and swiftly. This ensures that our engineers are dispatched to attend site in the required response times as requested by the client.

PPM, quotations or small project works and also provides full reports including expenditure and type of work requested.
